The General retainer for a Collaborative Law matter is between $2,000 and $3,500 depending on the complexity and issues in the case.
Mediation services are pay as you go but require a $600 security deposit.
Post Judgement motions require a retainer of between $1,500 and $3,500 depending on the complexity and issues.
Attorney compensation for all matters is $300 an hour.
(In cooperation with the Local Bar Association a reduced hourly rate of $250 an hour may be available if the client qualifies after an income and asset analysis is preformed by the attorney).
The Office offers an initial consultation (by phone or in person) of up to one hour for $150 on any family law matter.
